Hi Tony and Debbie, It's EnerG here. I'm going to do some of my magic on this situation...I have some incredible energy tools that have been able to help in the past. Oh and my husband is from Mexico so we know all about trying to get through American customs. I am so sorry and I'm a bit ashamed of the USA for treating perfectly honest people that way. My daughter married a fellow from Manchester who had some trouble while he was a young boy but had grown into a fine person. You can probably guess that his application was denied, as well, even though the INS received dozens of letters of reference from us, our friends and others who knew Paul. It was such a strain on their marriange and I won't go into detail but they eventually split up. I get so sad just thinking about it. In any case, I want to wish both you and Tony the very best. I know exactly how you feel. I wasn’t offered a drink either. Luckily one officer took pity on me and went and bought me a drink from a vending machine at 4 am bless him.

I don’t understand why some of the immigration oficers have such a nasty attitude though. Thank goodness for the nice ones.

Wow, this sounds like a horrible experience. At least you got to talk to that one helpful person at the end. Sometimes it just takes persistence to deal with any company (or the goverment) and you just need to speak with the right person. I hope they come to their senses. Good luck!

I'm so sorry to hear the trials and tribulations that you've had with the Immigration Service. As you know, my hubby's a Brit, and although we didn't go through the bad situation you've described, we went through several nail biting times before he got his Green Card. Sending positive thoughts your way, that this can soon be resolved happily for you.
