Publishing Activity 7th February 2011

This is a list of articles that I have published on various sites during the last week.

I write on a number of topics, usually it depends on what comes into my head on any given day, so it could be a travel story, memoirs from my life, something from the daily news, or even a poem inspired by something.

I hope you will take a look at them and also enjoy them.

What’s Going On In Bournemouth

Bournemouth Pier from the West CliffFor those of you who are not familiar with Bournemouth, it’s a seaside town in Dorset on the South Coast of England.

Bournemouth is easy to find – just grab a map of the UK, soom in to the middle of the South Coast, and Bournemouth is about 30 miles to the left of Southampton and the Isle of Wight – which you can’t miss.

The whole stretch of coastline has fine golden sandy beaches, backed with magnificent sandstone cliffs.   Both Bournemouth and Boscombe a mile to the easy have piers, and Boscombe now has a man-made surf reef as well.

But since this article is about what is going on in Bournemouth and not all about Bournemouth I will leave you to visit Bournemouth – Seaside Beaches Holiday Sunshine for more information about this wonderful seaside town.  It really is a good resource.

The Bournemouth Echo is the local newspaper, and as well as having the latest news, it has a lot of articles on places and events in the Bournemouth area.
