• The Dawn of a New Red Dawn but Will it Be a Good One for MGM

  While Red Dawn was not a great movie, it was a cult movie, starring the late Patrick Swayze and Charlie Sheen as teenagers fighting off a Soviet invasion of the USA. MGM decided to remake this, and are now having to digitally edit it prior to release.

• The Sinking of the Titanic is Now Set to Become a Mini Series

  First we had one of the most spectacular movies of all time, Titanic, starring Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet. Now in time for the 100th anniversary of the sinking, Titanic is to become a 4 part mini-series written by the creator of Downton Abbey.
• With the Passing of Elizabeth Taylor Who Could Be Set to Star in a Remake of Cleopatra

  The story of Cleopatra and Mark Antony has been portrayed on film a number of times, but none compare to the version that starred Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton. In a remake, could Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt be the best choice.
